BIRYANI & IT'S ORIGIN

Biryani is a popular dish in India which has been satiating hunger for many centuries. This scrumptious dish originated from Persia made its way to India through the Mughal emperors who arrived in India in 1526.
This flavour enriched , much loved authentic Indian dish is a mixed rice dish made with aromatic Indian spices, rice and usually some type of meat varying from chicken, beef, lamb, prawns and fish. Vegetable Biryani is also popular among the vegetarians.

CHICKEN BIRYANI
A slow cooked delicacy layered with aromatic long grain rice and succulent chicken flavored with exotic spices, mixed herbs and topped with fried cashews, raisins and freshly chopped herbs.

VEGITABLE BIRYANI
A slow cooked exotic blend of basmati rice, assorted vegetables, traditional spices and mixed herbs topped with fried cashews, raisins and freshly chopped herbs.

BEEF BIRYANI
A slow cooked delicacy layered with aromatic long grain rice and tender beef flavoured with exotic spices, mixed herbs and topped with fried cashews, raisins and freshly chopped herbs.
